Arc. David Babalola Majekodunmi
FNIA, RIBA, Intl. Assoc. AIA — Principal Director
David Babalola Majekodunmi is an Architect, Building Engineer, Real Estate Consultant, and Lecturer with over 35 years of professional experience delivering commercial, retail, educational, industrial, residential, leisure, and infrastructure projects across Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
As the Managing Director of Kenning Projects Development Company Limited, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the firm's corporate direction, business development, and client engagement. With extensive expertise in architectural design, construction, project management, and dispute resolution, he has successfully led multidisciplinary consultant teams on numerous complex developments, consistently delivering projects to the highest professional standards.
His leadership continues to drive Kenning's commitment to design excellence, technical innovation, quality delivery, and lasting client partnerships.


Arc. Abimbola Ajayi
FNIA, Intl. Assoc. AIA, FCICA — Director
Abimbola Olubukunola Ajayi is a highly accomplished Architect with over 30 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, institutional, religious, and mixed-use developments across Nigeria. She is a Co-Founder of Kenning Projects Development Company Limited and serves as a Partner at Kenning Homes Limited, where she leads project development, design strategy, and practice management.
Throughout her career, she has successfully managed projects from concept to completion, with expertise spanning architectural design, contract administration, planning approvals, construction management, and project delivery. She is particularly recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, technical excellence, and ability to deliver functional, enduring, and context-responsive designs.
Before co-founding her practice, Abimbola held key roles at leading architectural firms including Towry-Coker Associates, Adeniyi-Coker Consultants, Alpha Architects, and ArchiWorks Associates, building extensive experience across both private and institutional sectors.
A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (FNIA) and an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Abimbola remains committed to advancing architectural excellence through innovative design, professional leadership, and a client-focused approach.
